Stretch Lab Remodels

Kershaw Construction worked with Stretch Lab Inc. to remodel two of their LA locations (Beverly Hills and Santa Monica). The scope of work included demo and construction of new walls, installation of new floor sinks and toilets, installation of new electrical receptacles throughout the space, installation of new brick veneer, and paint throughout the locations.

Ross & DD's Panama City

This project was a tenant improvement for Ross Stores, inc. Kershaw Construction sub-divided a former 50,000 SQ FT Island Pacific Seafood Market into two separate spaces for Ross Dress for Less and dd’s Discounts. The project consisted of extensive demolition, construction of new loading docks and trash compactor room, new roof, new demising walls between tenants, construction of new exterior facades, and complete interior build outs for the respective stores.

Shave It

Kershaw Construction worked with Shave It, Inc. to build their Shaved Ice shop location in Norwalk, California. Kershaw Construction completed the project safely, on time, and within budget

Davita Dialysis Center

Kershaw Construction worked with Davita Inc. to build a dialysis center in the city of Orange. The project was a tenant improvement which included demolition of the existing finishes down to the shell and a complete new build out. The project was completed safely on schedule.

Sears Outlet Modesto

This project was a tenant improvement for Sears, Roebuck and co. The project consisted of extensive demolition, construction of a new roof and exterior facades, and complete interior build outs for a Sears Outlet.

Ross & DD's Commerce

This project was a tenant improvement for Ross Stores, inc. Kershaw Construction sub-divided a former 100,000 SQ FT K-Mart into three separate spaces for Ross Dress for Less, dd’s Discounts, and future tennant. The project consisted of demolition of exterior facades, construction of new loading docks, micropiling for new columns, installation of a new transformer, new demising walls between tenants, and complete interior build outs for the respective stores.

Ross Orange

This project was a tenant improvement for Ross Stores, inc. Kershaw Construction completed the scope of work on time and in a safe manner. The project consisted of demolition of all interior finishes, construction of new ADA ramps, all new underground plumbing work, new HVAC units and supports on the roof and complete interior build outs for the respective store.
